WELCOME
We specialise in small breed dogs(Maximum 10kg). We only take small limited number of dogs per day.
Prices listed below are an average starting price for dogs in good condition who are groomed regularly and have good behavior. We recommend that dog gets groomed between 4-8 weeks regularly.
ABOUT WANROOM
Our groomer Tomoe has more than 15 years of experience grooming dogs. She has formally trained in Japan. She worked as a groomer in Auckland, NZ the past 14 years. She specializes in styling small dogs.
SERVICE
The price shown are based on a well maintained dog
We are require a Flea shampoo bath at your expense of an extra $25 if fleas are found on your dog.
If we do not believe we can remove the matts or we feel your dog is in pain,we will clip short or shave. We charge extra $25 for shaving down.

WANROOM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CANCELATION/NO SHOW & LATE
We would appreciate a call or a text 3days before if you are unable to keep your appointment. （$50 reschedule fee will be charged each dog starting 3 days before the appointment date）Reschedule on the appointment day,100% fee of your booking service will be charged each dog at your next appointment.
A no show or a same day cancellation : We will NOT accept your appointment from next time. Please understand this is a tiny grooming salon. As we take a limited number of bookings each day and only groom one dog at a time, those appointments cannot be filled,which impacts our business greatly!
Please be on time for your appointment. Our schedule is disrupted when a client is late. We will cancel the appointment if the client is more than 15mins late.
MATTED DOGS
If matting is minimal,we may brush them out for an extra fee (there is a 10 mins limit on de-matting a dog). However, if dematting involves a deep comb through the tangled hair that causes pain or undue stress to the dogs we will not perform a detangling procedure. This would require us to shave the dog for the dogs own benefit. We will always notify you before shaving your dogs as a requirement. We charge extra $25 for shaving down.If permission to shave down is denied, your dog will NOT be bathed or recieve grooming of any kind, the dogs will be picked up by the customer as is. There is a risk of dogs licking cuts after shaving in extreme matting situations. In addition, the skin may appear red, itchy and irritated due to the lack of oxygen reaching the skin due to the matting.
FLEAS
We require your dog to have undertaken regular flea/worm treatments before booking. If we find a dog to have fleas /worms, we will treat these at owners expense.
DANGEROUS DOGS OR BEHAVIORAL PROBLEMS
Owners must inform us if your dog bites, is aggressive or has any behavioral problems. Unfortunately, if a dog has a habit of biting, or is unwell, we may not be able to complete the grooming. A fee will be charged depending on the work completed up to that point.
ACCIDENT &EMARGENCY
There is a risk of accident when handling dogs. We will transport your dog to a veterinarian if necessary.
VACCINATION
We require all dogs to be vaccinated (including Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovious, Leptospirosis, Kennel Cough). Owners will take full responsibility if their dogs are not fully vaccinated and get sick.
Puppies should be no more than 16 weeks old and have all of their 3 vaccinations before booking.
HEALTH,MEDICAL PROBLEMS & SENIOR DOG
The dog owner will advise of any medical and physical problems.
We can NOT guarantee that a new client who has a senior dog (Age over 12 years ) will be able to make an appointment with us. We sometimes can't accept a senior dog when groomer feels difficult to groom or uncomfortable to groom by age problems. To avoid this situation, We require a new client who has a senior dog (Age over 12 years old) to visit us and meet groomer before booking. Grooming sick or senior dogs is entirely at the owners risk.
SOCIAL MEDIA
Owners agree we can take their dogs photo and video for social media purposes.
